We met Don and Juanette at a wonderful Corps of Engineers campground called Aux Arc, located right on the bank of the Arkansas River for five nights. We were across the river from the town of Ozark.
Standing on the south bank looking across the river at the town, we really thought we were looking at the perfect model railroad town with the train track running right along the water.
Even more fun was watching the tugboats pushing barges down the river.
Weather was perfect so we took advantage of our front yard.
